If our resolution via support team doesn’t meet your expectations, here is the small print:

Keeping the small print simple:
14 days to return in resellable condition. No refund on damaged goods.
No refund on custom labelled bottles, they arent resellable.
Return carriage to be absorbed by customer.
All orders are sent 2nd class signed for.
We are bound by Royal Mail’s policies regarding missing deliveries.
Royal Mail state that timescale is not guaranteed, and will not open a missing item case until 15 days have passed.
Should you require item before a specific date, please contact us to check availability on Special Delivery.
